Mote-6 Amherst provided all the necessities and comfort of hotels in the same area at an excrptiinally better price. It was quiet, clean bright, excellent WiFi and cable service. I had work to complete for work and was able to focus without distraction Ideally having a fridge in the room would be appreciated. Coffee service in the lobby was convenient but again ideal to have in the room. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Second time I've stayed here to visit my daughter who attends school nearby. Convenient to the UB campus and to many places to eat, shop, groceries, etc. Friendly staff, quite motel, very clean rooms, bed was pretty comfy (I slept well) -- good experience for the price, and I'd definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer -- good heating/cooling.

Everything is great! I had accidentally booked a room with one bed so the front desk upgraded us to two beds at no cost. I was travelling with my husband, myself and son. He said complimentary upgrade! I Was so happy. Comfy beds, very clean room, lobby and main area are well taken care of, Would definitely stay again.

I have been coming to this Motel 6 for ar least a decade now when I feel like taking an "in-town" staycation. Great value for a nice clean handicapped-accessible no-nonsense motel room. And the staff is very helpful & friendly.

Clean room, convenient (20 -30 minutes) from Niagara Falls. Lots of dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was in very nice condition. There were no extra amenities like a coffee maker or microwave, for the price it was very clean, safe and comfortable.
